Helloooo, is anybody out there?

Oooh now that title brings to mind a song, hmmmmm, wonder if I can find the lyrics

Oooh, NOT!

"is anbody out there, who knows the way I feel . . . . . . .
is anybody out there, who can live a love that's real"

Or something like that!

Anyway, that's me getting side tracked.
I've been busy, it's summer, and I've also felt like I have nothing to say. Nothing that you haven't already heard before anyway.

So, how are you all? What have you been doing? Where have you been visiting? Both in virtual land and real life?

I've had an interesting few weeks, feeling isolated, burnt out, and let down on a particular issue which we were promised a solution for, months AGO!
Got a new hair do (thanks dad!) and looking forward to some house improvements (thanks again to dad), as well as a new shed for the garden! We've been to the safari park and have photos to share of that trip. We had a weekend without our children, and I have photos to share of our one evening out.
Off to a different church than usual tomorrow morning (ours cancelled Sunday mornings for august in favour of small group activities and our group isn't meeting until the afternoon this week), it's much smaller and is about 50 minutes drive away but I know it is alive and I know it will be worth the drive.
I am still suffering with my lower back on and off from my fall 17 months ago. But this week I did somethign to one of my shoulders as well and now I am in pain pretty much whenever I try to move. Not agony though and managing to keep going.
